Important Update About Clinical Services
As a health center, we are committed to keeping our staff and patients safe while COVID-19 is still a threat, that way we can continue to provide essential and urgent services.
We are not holding any walk-in services. All services are by appointment only.
If you have any of the following symptoms in the last 14 days, please DO NOT come to the health center and instead contact us to reschedule:
shortness of breath
loss of taste or smell
We are screening everyone at the door upon arrival. If you have received a positive Covid-19 test, experienced any of the listed symptoms, or have had recent exposure to Covid-19, you will ask to be rescheduled.
A face mask must be worn at all times inside the health center. If you do not have a mask, we are happy to provide you with one.
At this time, we are not allowing additional guests inside the building with patients. Please ask your support people (friends and family) to wait in the car or arrange to come back after your appointment.
We appreciate your understanding and patience. We are frequently re-evaluating our plans as circumstances change and are relying on the guidance of the Center for Disease Control and the State of New Hampshire. We will communicate any updates on our website or via social media.
