HIV Testing

Confidential testing for antibodies to the HIV virus can be done onsite at our clinic. Anyone of any gender can be tested for HIV based on individual risk factors.

We offer two types of HIV tests:

  • Rapid test that produces a result on-site in 20 minutes.
  • Standard blood test. Results are available within one week.

Services are offered by appointment. Please give us a call with any questions!

PrEP Treatment

PrEP, or Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis is a medication a person at high risk for HIV takes to prevent being infected with HIV. The medication is taken everyday while your care is supervised by one of our health providers. Our trained and experienced staff will review whether this treatment is appropriate for you. We offer both Truvada and Descovy. Services are offered by appointment.

Who is right for PrEP?

PrEP is ideal for person who is HIV negative. Have an open conversation with your healthcare provider about your HIV risk, including risk factors such as:

  • Having sex with someone who is HIV-positive
  • Having sex in a geographic area or within a sexual network where HIV is more common, and any of the following risk factors apply to you:
    • Have or have had a sexually transmitted infection (STI) like syphilis, gonorrhea, or chlamydia
    • Ever have sex without condoms
    • Exchange sex for food, money, or a place to live
    • Use recreational drugs or are dependent on alcohol
    • Have ever been in prison or jail
    • Have sexual partners whose HIV status is not known
